Description

8:00am - 1 pm ::  We will be hosting a wedding out in our gardens! We need help setting up chairs and then bringing the chairs back in afterward. There are two basic shifts we need. 8-930 and noon-1pm . If you are able to stay the whole time that is best, but if you are only to help for part of the event the most help is needed 8-9:30am and Noon-1pm

This is a late night event set up will be at 3 with the breakdown at 11pm. Please let me know if you can participate in a portion of the evening I can work to coordinate assistance for the event.

Caroline Killmer Dance studio will be utilizing the museum for an outdoor dance event. We require assistance with setting up the event, volunteers to welcome guests, and some help tearing down.

In this role you would welcome museum visitors during regular hours and occasionally during special events. Responsibilities include responding to phone and in person inquires, various administrative tasks, and wayfinding for guests. Training will be provided.
